The board
At the annual Regular General Assembly of the members of the organization, nine members are elected to the board of directors and three members to the Audit Committee. The board of directors is then constituted.
The meetings of the board of directors are open to the members and volunteers of the organization.
Typically, between 40 and 65 members in good standing of the organization participate in the general assembly and the elections.
